By downloading, installing or using OnlyWay you accept these terms of service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.

OnlyWay is a personal planning tool. You agree to:

- Not attempt to breach, copy or redistribute the app without authorization.
- Be responsible for the content you create within the app.
3. Account and data
OnlyWay does not require creating an account to use its core features. Your data is stored on your device and, if you enable it, synced encrypted. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
4. Price and availability
The app is free. We may offer optional premium features in the future, which will always be clearly identified before any payment. We do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, logo and the OnlyWay brand are property of its creators. The content you create within the app is and remains yours.
6. Limitation of liability
OnlyWay is a tool to support your organization. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the app. You use it at your own risk.
7. Changes to the terms
